Andrey Nekrasov is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Nekrasov, Roudomanov & Partners. He heads the firm’s Corporate and M&A, Mediation, Family and Inheritance, and White-Collar Crime practices.
Andrey has extensive and successful experience in handling complex disputes, including commercial litigation and arbitration, mediation, and out-of-court settlements, as well as in providing criminal defense for business owners and senior executives and representing clients in administrative offence proceedings. He advises on a broad range of commercial transactions, including transaction structuring and execution, escrow arrangements, assessment of contractual processes, and legal due diligence, as well as transactions involving real estate and securities.
He is also widely recognised for his expertise in inheritance, family, and employment disputes, protection of intellectual property rights and reputation, including the implementation of the right to be forgotten, and the representation of private investors and beneficial owners, including matters involving fiduciary and asset management arrangements.
Andrey serves as an arbitrator and mediator and is admitted to practice as an advocate.
